At the same time, combined with the actual products of the enterprise, they demonstrated the complete testing process for socks, including appearance inspection, size measurement, elasticity testing, and color fastness testing, on site; The training for sales positions aims to deepen product awareness, enhance communication and sales skills, and integrate resources from multiple departments such as technology and marketing. To avoid the monotony of traditional training, this training adopts diverse forms to fully mobilize employees' participation and enthusiasm. In addition to conventional theoretical explanations and practical training, forms such as case analysis and group discussions have also been introduced.
