  • We provide free samples for customers to check the quality and structure. Customers only need to pay for the sample shipping and development fees (the development fees will be refunded to customers when they place bulk orders). The sample period is generally 2-3 weeks.
  • Under normal circumstances, the minimum order quantity for socks is 500 pairs, which can be adjusted according to the customization process and style. For example, the printing process can be adjusted to a minimum order quantity of 200 pairs due to the use of the same blank socks; Embroidery technology requires the production of embroidery patterns in the early stage, and the production process is relatively complex. The minimum order quantity needs to be maintained at 500 pairs or more; Offset printing and screen printing involve special processes and template production, and the minimum order quantity may be increased.
  • Customers can provide pre designed files themselves, which support vector image formats such as AI, CDR, PSD, PDF, etc., to ensure that the design is not distorted when enlarged and can better present customized effects. If the client has not yet designed it, we also provide professional design suggestions and solutions for the client's reference, in order to make adjustments and improvements during the design process.
  • The production cycle of socks is usually 4-5 weeks, and the specific cycle may vary depending on the customized quantity and the complexity of the process.
  • The price of customized socks is not fixed and will be determined based on various factors such as customized quantity, fabric material, logo craftsmanship, style, etc. Normally, we provide customers with tiered unit prices to determine the final purchase quantity. The unit price is in the range of 1.2-2.5 US dollars. If customers choose customized elements such as high-quality fabrics, functional structures, special manufacturing processes, etc., the unit price will be communicated and adjusted according to the actual situation.
  • When customers provide feedback on quality issues, we generally require them to provide pictures or videos to confirm the cause of the quality problem. We will provide solutions based on the quality issue, including but not limited to discounts, restocking, and other measures. We always value our customers' purchasing experience and are committed to providing high-quality products and comprehensive after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
