In terms of production space renovation, our company has abandoned the traditional cluttered workshop layout and re planned the zoning according to modern production processes, creating a standardized production workshop covering the entire process of raw material storage, spinning, weaving, shaping, inspection, packaging, etc. The new workshop not only achieves the scientific separation of people and logistics, but also introduces a constant temperature and humidity control system - it should be noted that wool, as a natural fiber, is extremely sensitive to environmental temperature and humidity. Excessive temperature fluctuations can cause wool fibers to become brittle, and inappropriate humidity can easily lead to mold. A stable temperature and humidity environment can maximize the softness and elasticity of wool, ensuring product quality from the source. At the same time, an intelligent ventilation system has been installed in the workshop, effectively reducing the concentration of fiber dust during the production process. This not only improves the working environment for employees but also reduces the impact of dust on product quality.

In terms of upgrading production equipment. We have eliminated a batch of old semi-automatic knitting machines and replaced them with more advanced fully automatic computerized knitting machines. Compared with traditional equipment, the product quality of these new devices has improved by more than 30%. They can accurately control the tension of each yarn, making the woven socks have clearer patterns and more uniform density, effectively avoiding problems such as missing needles and jumpers that are prone to occur in traditional processes. In addition, the new equipment also has intelligent data collection function, which can monitor key parameters such as weaving speed and yarn usage in real time during the production process. Once abnormalities are detected, it will automatically alarm, greatly reducing the product's failure rate. The production manager provided feedback that after this production upgrade, the production efficiency of the product has increased by nearly 50%, while the defect rate has decreased from the previous 3% to below 0.5%, laying a solid hardware foundation for the company's subsequent product research and market expansion.
