Question: How to take samples?

Answer: We provide samples for customers to inspect the quality and structure. Customers need to pay for the sample shipping and development fees (the development fees will be refunded to customers when they place bulk orders). The sample period is generally 2-3 weeks.

Answer: Under normal circumstances, the minimum order quantity is 500 pairs, which can be adjusted according to the customization process and style.

Q: Does the design need to be provided by the client themselves?

Answer: Customers can provide pre designed files themselves, which support vector image formats such as AI, CDR, PSD, PDF, etc., to ensure that the design is not distorted when enlarged and can better present customized effects. If the client has not yet designed it, we also provide professional design suggestions and solutions for the client's reference, in order to make adjustments and improvements during the design process.

Q: How long is the production cycle?

Answer: The production cycle is usually 4-5 weeks, and the specific cycle may vary depending on the customized quantity and the complexity of the process.

Q: How to deal with after-sales quality issues?

Answer: When customers provide feedback on quality issues, we generally require them to provide pictures or videos to confirm the cause of the quality problem. We will provide solutions based on the quality issue, including but not limited to discounts, restocking, and other measures.
